Introducing...the Harvard LPE blog!
Updated: May 4, 2020
Exciting news! We are launching the Harvard Law & Political Economy blog, a space where we share what we have been reading and thinking about to advance conversations in the law. We'll be sharing reading lists in advance of our Reclaiming Legal Education workshop in the Fall, as well as blog posts by students and scholars. We hope this space will become a compilation of interesting resources for law students (especially 0Ls and 1Ls) and practitioners who wish to engage with law from a critical perspective. As we cover current events and emerging topics in legal scholarship, we also hope that providing an LPE-approach to topical issues will make the law and its ramifications come alive.
In light of the current pandemic, we are dedicating our inaugural blog series to LPE-related work on COVID-19. Each day will feature a different COVID-related theme, as we share resources we've been reading to help us understand the pandemic and its impact on law and society. Check out day one of the series here, featuring articles on "Law, Neoliberalism, and Public Health."
